The second Groove Fest is set to take place at the Panama City Marina on June 21. The event includes live music, DJ sets and local vendors.

This year’s headliner is Grammy-nominated Karyn White. White was nominated in 1989 for “The Way You Love Me,” and again in 1990 for “Superwoman.”
