Waye is currently an unranked running back prospect in the 2027 class. He’s listed as 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds, and plays for Ola High.

Michigan State is one of 10 schools to extend an offer to Waye, according to 247Sports. He also holds offers from Arkansas, Arkansas State, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, Indiana, Oregon, South Carolina, Toledo and USC. His recruitment has really started to take off in the past month with the Gamecocks, Ducks, Razorbacks and now Spartans offering him since the start of March.
