D. Scott Beedon has been licensed in the real estate industry for almost 30 years. Scott earned his designation as an Economic Development Finance Professional from the highly esteemed National Development Council out of New York. Scott recently entered into the lending industry as he purchased a Motto Mortgage franchise named Motto Mortgage Forefront and purchased a commercial lending affiliate named Forefront Business Lending, LLC. Scott is passionate about making a difference in our great community and providing opportunities to make the dream of homeownership a reality, and he enjoys tackling redevelopment projects/opportunities in our downtowns.
