For many Coastal Bend families, it’s time to decorate for Christmas.
If you’re looking for a real tree to decorate this year, here’s where to look:
Holiday Hills Christmas
Holiday Hills has set up a Christmas tree retail location at 5201 McArdle Road in Corpus Christi, near La Palmera mall.
The location is selling five varieties of fir trees grown in Oregon: Douglas firs, Nordmann firs, grand firs, Noble firs and Fraser firs.
Trees will be for sale from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Friday.
Gill Garden Center + Landscape Co.
Gill Garden Center is selling Noble, Nordmann and Fraser firs.
The retailer is located at 2810 Airline Road and is open 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
Turner’s Gardenland
Turner’s Gardenland will be selling Christmas trees this season.
The store, located at 3920 S. Padre Island Drive, is open 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
Woody Miller Christmas Trees
Trees from Oregon are arriving this week in Portland. Sales will begin Nov. 21 at 1020 U.S. 181, near the Wildcat Exit.
Douglas firs, Noble firs, Nordmann firs and Turkish firs will be available 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, except for Thanksgiving Day, when hours at 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
