Check out the top performers from the first round of the high school football playoffs

Here is a look at some of the top high school football performances from the first round of the UIL high school football playoffs in Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend:

Gregory-Portland 75, Kerrville Tivy 50

Carter Dominguez, Gregory-Portland — Dominguez completed 21 passes for 277 yards and four touchdowns. He also added 28 carries for 123 yards and two scores.

Cody Adame, Gregory-Portland — Adame finished with 25 carries for 223 yards and two touchdowns.

Ryder Harrison, Gregory-Portland — Harrison caught seven passes for 113 yards and two touchdowns.

Rockport-Fulton 50, Kingsville 16

Traey Alvarado, Rockport-Fulton — Alvarado had 11 carries for 120 yards and three touchdowns.

Jake Self, Rockport-Fulton — Self recorded two interceptions on defense in the victory.

Caleb Wilshire, Rockport-Fulton — Wilshire had seven tackles and three sacks.

Damarius Montgomery, Kingsville — Montgomery had 14 carries for 63 yards.

Christian Flowers, Kingsville — Flowers had three catches for 83 yards and one touchdown receiving.

Isaac Cason, Kingsville — Cason was 18 of 37 passing for 230 yards and one touchdown with five interceptions and had 34 yards and one touchdown rushing.

Sinton 71, La Grulla 7

Quincy Bess, Sinton — Bess completed 6 of 9 passes for 135 yards and four touchdowns.

Mykha Green, Sinton — Green finished with nine carries for 170 yards and two touchdowns.

Sean Hughes, Sinton — Hughes caught two passes for 51 yards and two touchdowns.

Austin Mutchler, Sinton — Mutchler had two interceptions.

Flour Bluff 45, McAllen 7

Lucian Cruz, Flour Bluff — Cruz was 15 of 22 passing for 250 yards and four touchdowns.

Samuel Smith, Flour Bluff — Smith had 14 carries for 85 yards and one touchdown rushing.

Jacob Cain, Flour Bluff — Cain turned both of his receptions into touchdowns, finishing with 86 yards receiving.

Ranson Watson, Flour Bluff — Watson caught five passes for 81 yards and two touchdowns.

Kolton Strey, Flour Bluff — Strey had 10 tackles, one sack, four tackles for loss and a 100-yard pick-6.

Anthony Mimms, Flour Bluff — Mimms tallied seven tackles, two sacks and one forced fumble.

Calallen 27, El Campo 14

Connor Klostermann, Calallen — Klostermann had 196 yards of total offense and finished with three rushing touchdowns.

Jimmy Tipton, Calallen — Tipton had 25 carries for 133 yards.

Alec Perez, Calallen — Perez had 11 tackles and one sack.

Drayson Gamez, Calallen — Gamez caught four passes for 63 yards, had 23 yards rushing and added four tackles.

George West 56, Karnes City 14

Spencer Lee, George West — Lee finished with 11 carries for 161 yards and two touchdowns.

Kohen Blount, George West — Blount carried the ball 19 times for 118 yards and two touchdowns.

Logan Miller, George West — Miller recorded four tackles and an interception on defense in the playoff win.

Alamo Heights 60, Carroll 0

Drake Timm, Carroll — Timm was 5 of 11 for 125 yards passing and one interception.

Braylen Swanson, Carroll — Swanson caught four passes for 71 yards.

Jesse Garcia, Carroll — Garcia had 15 carries for 53 yards rushing.

Veterans Memorial 31, Edinburg Vela 26

Andrew Charlebois, Veterans Memorial — Charlebois was a workhorse with 38 carries for 161 yards and three touchdowns.

Ryker Hinojosa, Veterans Memorial — Hinojosa caught two passes for 80 yards and one touchdown.

Luis Torres, Veterans Memorial — Torres had five tackles and one sack.

Cameron Andruzzi, Veterans Memorial — Andruzzi had five tackles and one interception.

Robstown 38, Port Isabel 28

Trevin Crowley, Robstown — Crowley was 9 of 14 for 177 yards and three touchdowns passing, adding 31 yards rushing.

Timothy Sanchez, Robstown — Sanchez had three carries for 76 yards and one touchdown rushing, adding six catches for 71 yards and one touchdown receiving.

Mike Williams, Robstown — Williams caught one pass for an 80-yard toucdown and had a fumble return TD.

London 49, Rio Hondo 42

Alexander Manning, London — Manning was 15 of 27 passing for 393 yards and four touchdowns, adding 28 yards rushing and even caught two passes for 63 yards and one TD.

Zach Tyrone, London — Tyrone caught five passes for 157 yards and two touchdowns.

Jake Castaneda, London — Castaneda caught two passes for 97 yards and one touchdown and added 19 yards and one score rushing.

Maddox Jennings, London — Jennings caught five passes for 81 yards and one touchdown.

Orange Grove 35, Raymondville 31

Linden Rodriguez, Orange Grove — Rodriguez was 13 of 16 passing for 221 yards and one touchdown and added 19 yards and one touchdown rushing.

Ander Schmidt, Orange Grove — Schmidt had 19 carries for 94 yards and one touchdown rushing.

Daniel Martinez, Orange Grove — Martinez had six catches for 126 yards receiving.

Braylon Arias, Orange Grove — Arias had four carries for 8 yards and two touchdowns.

Daniel Villatoro, Orange Grove — Villatoro had 17 tackles.

Cotulla 50, Odem 20

John Hinojosa, Odem — Hinojosa had 40 carries for 190 yards and three TDs.

Martin Castillo, Odem — Castillo had eight carries for 90 yards rushing.

Connor Nesloney, Odem — Nesloney had eight tackles.

Refugio 35, Weimar 23

Ray Lewis, Refugio — Lewis had seven carries for 121 yards and one touchdown rushing and added one interception.

Zander Wills, Refugio — Refugio had 16 carries for 128 yards and one touchdown rushing.

Poth 69, Taft 13

Hunter Montemayor, Taft — Montemayor had six catches for 135 yards and two touchdowns.

Sergio Leal Jr., Taft — Leal had 18 carries for 75 yards rushing.
