Wendy’s, a Columbus-based fast-food chain, is jumping on the latest internet trend: the “6-7” meme.
The “6-7” meme has exploded in popularity over the past year, particularly with members of Gen Alpha and Gen Z. The term has become so culturally relevant that Dictionary.com announced “6-7” (pronounced “six-seven”) as its Word of the Year.
Now, Wendy’s is jumping on the viral trend by offering customers a 67-cent Frosty on Black Friday.

How to get Wendy’s 67-cent Frosty deal
Customers can get a small Frosty for $0.67 on Black Friday, Nov. 28, through the Wendy’s app or in-store.
The deal will also be available Nov. 29-Dec. 7, but only when ordering online or through the Wendy’s app. Customers can redeem the deal once per day in that timespan.
What does ‘6-7’ mean?
The internet meme stems from the song “Doot Doot,” released by rapper Skrilla in December 2024, who told Complex that the phrase means “negative to positive” and helped him turn into a positive person from a negative one. The slang term is also affiliated with a meme involving NBA player LaMelo Ball, who is 6 feet, 7 inches tall.
However, Chicago Parent, states that “6-7” is not anything serious and doesn’t have any deep meaning. The phrase is often just said for fun, like an inside joke.
