CANTON — It’s Week 14 of the Ohio high school football season and the Massillon Tigers are the lone Stark County team playing in the OHSAA regional finals on Friday, Nov. 21. They are part of Northeast Ohio-heavy Division II field.

2025 OHSAA football state semifinals schedule
All state semifinal games will be 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28 at neutral sites across the state. OHSAA will release those sites Sunday, Nov. 23. OHSAA set the state semifinal pairings on Thursday, Nov. 20.
2025 OHSAA football state championship games in Canton in December
Ohio high school football’s 10-game regular season leads up to the Ohio High School Athletic Association state playoffs at the end of October and into November — and ultimately, the OHSAA state championship games. The state finals are Dec. 4-6 at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton — the fifth straight year all of the title games are being played there.

Who makes the OHSAA football playoffs?
The top 12 teams in each region in the final report qualifed for the OHSAA state playoffs in pursuit of a trip to the OHSAA state championship games. The top four teams in each region get a first-round bye before hosting a second-round game. Seeds 5-8 will host first-round playoff games against seeds 9-12.
