In 2019, Variety, citing sources, reported contestants earned $125,000 for rehearsals and the first two weeks of competition, according to E! News. Contestants earn more as they advance, with a reported cap of $295,000, according to Variety reporting.
However, ABC has not disclosed current pay rates, so “Dancing With the Stars” contestants appearing more recently may have earned more or less than $295,000.
In addition to getting paid six-figure salaries, “Dancing With the Stars” champions also receive the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.

According to ABC, the “Dancing With the Stars” Season 34 finale airs Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 8 p.m. ET. It will be a three-hour broadcast. You can watch the finale live on your local ABC channel or on Disney+ and the next day on Hulu.
