Once again — for the 11th year — lohud.com and The Journal News are proud to partner with Volunteer New York! to lead the Hats off to Community Champions campaign to mark Giving Tuesday.
At the heart of this effort, each year, is Volunteer New York!’s vision of a community coming together to address its greatest challenges on Giving Tuesday. The campaign invites community leaders to purchase a 2025 hat and, in so doing, recognize the nonprofits and philanthropic efforts they contribute to. Participants will be featured in a special pull out poster to be published in print editions of The Journal News in late December.
The 2025 hat was specially designed by Spectrum Designs Foundation, and community leaders who participate in the campaign are invited to a networking breakfast on Giving Tuesday — Tuesday, Dec. 2 — at Million Air HPN and catered by Air Culinaire Worldwide.
To obtain your 2025 hat and to participate in the Hats off to Community Champions campaign, visit Volunteer New York!’s website at bit.ly/3XP2jsY.
