Justin Fields is back in the New York Jets’ starting lineup.
In Week 3, the Jets (0-3) will visit the Miami Dolphins (0-3) at Hard Rock Stadium for a “Monday Night Football” and AFC East clash.
Fields has cleared concussion protocol and will start… as head coach Aaron Glenn put it…
“Justin is playing,” Glenn said.
As far as Fields himself is concerned, he’s anxious to get out there. The QB needs to show which player he is as well.
While the Green and White are still looking for their first win, in Fields’ two starts leading the Jets, he was at his best and then at his worst–essentially– in Weeks 1 and 2.
“Felt good being out there with the guys,” Fields said reflecting on practice this week.
