Support Raccoon River Pet Rescue through Rock the Barkyard on Sept. 4

We know you loved all the puppy snuggles last time, so get ready for another Rock the Barkyard event! Join the Hotel Pattee from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 4 at Soumas Courtyard, 1118 Willis Ave., Perry, for Rock the Barkyard, a special fundraising event supporting Raccoon River Pet Rescue.

The evening will feature live music by the talented Iowa singer/songwriter Andrew Hoyt, starting at 5 p,m. Bring your friends, family, and fellow animal lovers for a fun summer evening in the heart of Perry.

Atelier will be selling Raccoon River Pet Rescue t-shirts, with 100% of net proceeds going directly to support the rescue’s mission of helping local pets find loving homes and expanding their community impact.

Courtyard Cafe will be mixing up delicious signature cocktails throughout the night, donating $2from every signature cocktail sold back to Raccoon River Pet Rescue.

In addition to enjoying great music and drinks, guests are encouraged to support the rescue through donations. We will be collecting scoopable cat litter, canned cat food, and dry cat food. Cash donations are also greatly appreciated and help the rescue continue its life saving work.

Come enjoy a summer evening filled with music, community, and giving back to a cause thattruly makes a difference in our Perry community.
