In what has been a miserable shooting night for Purdue basketball’s star point guard, Braden Smith still found his way into the highlight reel with some help from Jack Benter.
Purdue led Memphis 48-44 in the first round of the Baha Mar Hoops tournament in Nassau, Bahamas, when Smith stole a pass and led a 2-on-1 fastbreak with Benter trailing.

Smith threw a behind the back pass to Benter and the Brownstown native elevated for a two-handed slam dunk.
