Three Indianapolis Colts players have designations on the team’s final injury report of Week 12.
Ruled out for this week’s game is linebacker Jaylon Carlies (ankle). This was Carlies’ first week back at practice since being designated to return from injured reserve. He was a full participant all three days.

Questionable for Sunday is cornerback Charvarius Ward (concussion). However, Shane Steichen said on Friday that he has cleared concussion protocol and indicated that Ward will play.
Also questionable is defensive end Tyquan Lewis (groin). Lewis has missed the last few games, but returned to practice on Thursday and was a full participant on Friday.
Samson Ebukam, who was back at practice this week, will be available.
Daniel Jones, who appeared on the Thursday injury report, was a full participant on Friday and will be good to go for Sunday’s game against Kansas City.
