PEORIA — A 29-year-old Princeville man was killed in a car accident in rural Fulton County early Sunday morning, according to the Fulton County coroner.
Jonathan Lant, 29, of Princeville, was killed around 3:40 a.m. Sunday morning in a single-vehicle car wreck at the intersection of East County 17 Highway and North Buchen Road in rural Avon, according to Fulton County Coroner Austin Rhodes.
Lant, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy was scheduled for Monday in Peoria County.
A toxicology report is pending and the crash remains under investigation by the Fulton County Coroner’s Office.
