Poll results: Pontiac readers vote on former restaurants they wish would return

There have been quite a few restaurants in the Pontiac are that have come and gone over the years, and some that folks wish would come back.

We asked readers to vote for their favorites. Carol’s Pizza Pan was the winner. A total of 95 votes were cast.

Carol’s Pizza Pan drew 37% of the total vote. Mr. Quick garnered 19% and the A&W Root Beer Stand was third with 14 percent of the vote.

Others receiving votes were Chicken Villa 9% of the vote, The Palamar with 8%, Lydia’s Cup with 6%, Allan’s Pub & Grub with 3%, LeRoy’s Drive-In with 2%, the American Legion with 1%. White Hen did not receive any votes.
