Ruby Tuesday closed its Vero Beach location on Nov. 3, leaving two restaurants on the Treasure Coast, according to its website.
A notice was posted on the restaurant’s door on Nov. 4, urging customers to visit the Sebastian location instead. No additional information was provided about why the restaurant closed.
In 2020, Ruby Tuesday filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, struggling from years of increased competition and in the face of the coronavirus pandemic, but kept its three Treasure Coast locations open.
Now, two locations remain:
Ruby Tuesday is a casual dining American restaurant known for its endless garden bar, ribs and burgers. It got its start in 1972 near the University of Tennessee’s campus in Knoxville, Tennessee.
