Jacksonville Jaguars Week 13 injury report: 3 practice status updates

The Jacksonville Jaguars released their second injury report of Week 13 as they prepare for a divisional matchup with the Tennessee Titans.

And there were three specific changes to make note of coming out of Wednesday’s practice.

The first two were practice status upgrades, with Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) going from being limited to a full participant, while Danny Striggow (knee) went from a non-participant to limited.

For more on Thomas Jr., you can find that here.

Arik Armstead, meanwhile, was added to the injury report with a hand injury. He was limited. Armstead’s play in recent weeks has been a key factor behind the Jaguars’ improved pass rush.

The practice statuses of the other 10 players on the Jaguars’ injury report remained the same.

Jourdan Lewis (neck), Hunter Long (knee), and Anton Harrison (knee/ankle) were all full participants  — another good sign that they are progressing. All three players have missed multiple games.

Travon Walker was still out with a knee injury that he suffered against the LA Chargers. For more on Walker, you can find that here.

Also not practicing were Chuma Edgoa (calf) and Patrick Mekari (concussion). If Mekari can’t go, Cole Van Lanen could be called upon again, this time to start at right guard.

Yasir Abdullah (finger), Christian Braswell (hamstring), Antonio Johnson (elbow), Jarrian Jones (quad), and Eric Murray (neck) — who was designated to return from IR on Wednesday — were all limited.

Abdullah didn’t play in Sunday’s game, while Jones was questionable with a quad injury but ended up being available.

For more on Murray, you can find that here.
