The Florida State Seminoles will have a chance on Saturday to snap their three-game losing streak against the Stanford Cardinal at Stanford Stadium in Stanford, California. The game is set to kick off at 10:30 p.m. ET on ESPN and will be their first-ever meeting.
FSU’s defense has struggled over the past three weeks and will look to get back on track against Stanford, which has one of the worst offenses in the ACC, averaging 18.8 points per game. They have been better at home, though, going 2-0 and averaging 30 points per game, making them a dangerous opponent for a struggling FSU defense.
Florida State’s offense could be getting several important pieces back for the game as well, with wide receiver Squirrel White already cleared to play and ESPN’s Pete Thamel reporting that Duce Robinson, Jayvan Boggs, Roydell Williams, and Micah Pettus are all expected to return. Their return could allow FSU quarterback Tommy Castelanos to air it out, which could be a key to success against a poor Stanford defense.

JD McCarthy
FSU 42, Stanford 24: The Seminoles have to snap their three-game losing streak and will have a great chance to do so on Saturday. While the defense has struggled lately, the offense should be more than enough to take advantage of a rebuilding Stanford team.
Matthew Smith
FSU 34 Stanford 17: Although Florida State is struggling, I don’t believe Stanford can score enough to keep up.
Jacob Smith
FSU 42, Stanford 28: The defense will break, but the offense will carry them to a win.
