One deputy was killed and at least two others injured in a shooting near Vero Beach, according to Vero Beach Mayor John Cotugno.
The shooter is also reported dead.

Cotugno said an eviction notice was being served at Bermuda Bay on Orchid Island when multiple people were shot.
One deputy is dead and at least two other deputies were transported to HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in Fort Pierce.
The shooting suspect is dead, Cotugno said.
Bermuda Bay residents were being escorted into the development by law enforcement officers, Cotugno said.

Emergency vehicles respond to deputy-involved shooting off State Road A1A in Indian River County, Florida
The shootings occurred at the Bermuda Club off State Road A1A in Indian River County. The community is located less than a mile south of Disney’s Vero Beach Resort and about three miles north of Indian River Shores.
Vero Beach is located on Florida’s east coast, about 50 miles south of Cape Canaveral or 90 miles southeast of Orlando.
Air ambulances, staging area set up at Indian River County Fairgrounds in Florida
Several staging areas were set up, including at the Indian River County Fairgrounds for helicopter and Indian River Shores Public Safety.
An air ambulance landed and left the fairgrounds Friday morning between 58th and 66th avenues north of 77th Street.
A Martin County Fire Rescue helicopter was also spotted at the scene.

Indian River County Sheriff Eric Flowers will address the media at noon today, Nov. 21, to provide information about the deputy-involved shooting.
