1. DUI MANSLAUGHTER: Naples man charged for death of 61-year-old
A Naples man has been arrested for the death of a 61-year-old motorcyclist.
In a fatal T-bone car crash, a Naples man riding his motorcycle sustained fatal injuries after Mark Allen Frederick, 33, made a turn into the motorcyclist’s path.
On Tuesday, Nov. 18, at approximately 7:20 p.m., Frederick was driving north on Airport Pulling Road in Naples. The victim was driving south, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Frederick made a left turn onto Longboat Drive, causing the victim to collide with the right side of Frederick’s Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.
The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital where he died.
The suspect was arrested and charged with DUI manslaughter. He is in custody at the Collier County Jail, troopers said.

Here are the stores that will be open Thanksgiving this year: The Fresh Market will be open on Thanksgiving from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Sprouts is open with reduced hours from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Whole Foods stores will be open, but with modified hours, typically from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

3. FUELING UP: Where are the best gas prices in Florida?
Thanksgiving is nearly here, with AAA predicting roughly 73 million people will travel by car over the Thanksgiving holiday travel period.
The national average for a gallon of gas is currently $3.09, with Florida’s average a smidge lower at $3.05, according to AAA’s database.
Here are the most expensive counties in Florida to fuel up and the five cheapest, as of Nov. 19. It should be noted that gas prices change daily and might look a little different on your exact travel day: Monroe County: $3.30; Palm Beach County: $3.19; Collier County: $3.15; Union County: $3.14; DeSoto County: $3.12.
Florida’s gas is cheapest: Okaloosa County: $2.73; Santa Rosa County: $2.75; Bay County: $2.76; Escambia County: $2.77; Walton County: $2.79.
