The San Francisco 49ers and Carolina Panthers will do battle on Monday night at Levi’s Stadium for an NFC showdown between two teams trying to move up in their division and make a run at the playoffs.
Ahead of the contest, the 49ers have listed seven players as inactive, including linebacker Tatum Bethune, who is dealing with an ankle injury. Joining Bethune on this list of inactive are the following players:
With Pineiro out, the 49ers elevated Matt Gay from the practice squad after signing him earlier this week. He’ll make his debut Monday night.
While Luke Gifford, who went into the weekend as questionable, is good to go, the 49ers brought up Jalen Graham from their practice squad as well. He’ll likely play a special teams/depth defensive role with Dee Winters, Curtis Robinson, Gifford and Nick Martin all ahead of him on the depth chart.
