PORT SANILAC, MI (May 2026) — The Sanilac County Historic Village & Museum is pleased to announce the return of the popular Woman’s Life Insurance Society Chapter 927 Quarter Auction Fundraiser, taking place Saturday, June 20th, 2026, in the Church on the Museum grounds at 228 South Ridge Street in Port Sanilac. This year’s event is hosted as part of the inaugural Thumb Bank & Trust Summer Solstice Celebration Weekend, a free, two-day community event on the Museum’s 10-acre Historic Village grounds.

Woman’s Life Chapter 927 will once again generously match the first $500 raised, with all proceeds benefiting the Sanilac County Historic Village & Museum and its ongoing mission to preserve and share the rich history of Sanilac County and the Thumb region.
