Sanilac County Historical Society Announces 2025 History Lecture Series

Port Sanilac, MI (April 10th) – The Sanilac County Historical Society is thrilled to announce the 2025 season of its
celebrated History Lecture Series, featuring a dynamic lineup of speakers, topics, and special musical performances. The series is generously sponsored by Ron and Ann Erickson, with additional support from Michigan Humanities for the May 23rd lecture by Andrew Kercher. This year marks an exciting milestone as the Historical Society introduces Season Passes for the first time ever! General admission remains $10 per lecture, while SCHS members enjoy entry for just $5. Even better, Season Passes are now available to everyone at the exclusive member rate of only $45—a full season of ten engaging lectures at a can’t-miss price.
“We’re bringing history to life with speakers who know how to inspire and educate,” said Dan Finn,
Administrator of the Historical Society. “Whether you’re a lifelong learner or just looking for something new
to explore, this series offers something for everyone.”
