Watch Tigers prospect Zyhir Hope take first at bat for Double-A Erie

Zyhir Hope, the top prospect from the Detroit Tigers’ trade sending Tarik Skubal to the Los Angeles Dodgers, made his debut with the Erie Seawolves, Detroit’s Double-A affiliate, on Tuesday, Aug. 4. Hope is the No. 25 overall prospect in Major League Baseball, according to MLB Pipeline, and became the No. 2 prospect in the Tigers’ organization after the trade.
