Someone in Michigan was one of four players in the country to win $1 million in Saturday’s Powerball drawing by matching five balls.
The winning numbers in Saturday’s drawing for the $856 million Powerball jackpot were 63, 9, 54, 5, 35 and the Powerball was 7.
The other $1 million tickets were sold in Arizona, Florida and New York.
Someone in Texas won $2 million Saturday by matching five balls and getting the power play. But no one won the jackpot, making Monday’s prize worth $905 million, the 8th largest of all time.
The next drawing is at 10:59 p.m. Monday.
A winner of the jackpot, which has an estimated cash value of $391.9 million, can take the lump-sum cash payment or receive an immediate payment followed by annual checks, each 5% larger than the one the previous year.
