MSU QB Aidan Chiles earns Big Ten weekly award following big game vs. BC

Michigan State quarterback Aidan Chiles had his best game of his young career this past weekend, and he was rewarded on Monday with a notable honor.

Chiles was named the Co-Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week for his incredible play in a home victory over Boston College this past weekend. This is the first time Chiles has earned this award in his career.

Chiles threw for 231 yards and four touchdowns, and added another 39 yards and one touchdown on the ground to lead the Spartans to the massive win. He also threw the pass to convert the game-winning two-point conversion in double overtime.

Chiles is off to a strong start in his second year as the Spartans’ starting quarterback. After struggling with interceptions last year, Chiles has yet to throw an interception through the first two games and was a key game changer for the Spartans this past week against the Eagles.
