The home at 10195 Bennett Lake Road in Tyrone Township is listed for $3 million by Sean Affrica of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. He described the property’s overall style as “luxury coastal living.”
It is owned by Tim and Kimberly Gruber. Tim Gruber is the current CRO at Adams MultiMedia and has a background serving as president of several media outlets, including Michigan.com, Gannett, and the Detroit Media Partnership that used to oversee the Detroit News and the Detroit Free Press.
The three-story home sits on 131 feet of water frontage with a sandy beach shoreline.
“It’s newer construction on 3 1/2 acres on an all-sports private lake, which is not common to find 3 1/2 acres on an all-sports lake,” Affrica said. “Silver Lake connects to Marl Lake. Marl Lake is 75 acres and Silver Lake offers 310 acres, and it’s basically the clearest lake in Genesee County.”
