A former Spartan quarterback made national headlines on Friday following an altercation in an NFL training camp.
Kirk Cousins is a new member of the Las Vegas Raiders, where he will run the offense while teaching No. 1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza the ways of the National Football League. It is expected that Cousins will start the year as the starting quarterback.
Not normally one for the headlines, in his first camp with the Raiders, Cousins got into an altercation with one of the stars in Las Vegas, Maxx Crosby. ESPN reported that Crosby had hit Cousins on two separate occasions, and plays, causing Cousins to get into Crosby’s face amd grab his jersey, before the two exchanged words.
