Montorie Foster Jr. is having himself a summer to remember. Less than a year removed from getting his real estate license thinking his football career was on the brink, the former Michigan State football wide receiver has been getting a lot of buzz for his play during the Seattle Seahawks’ training camp. The Seahawks are currently being featured on HBO’s Hard Knocks, and in this week’s episode, Foster was heavily featured as one of the stars.
The Hard Knocks crew captured a lot of Foster’s story, which includes substitute teaching and real estate licenses, before showing several coaches and players gushing about his play this offseason, which started at a strong performance in spring minicamps, and parlayed into a strong training camp performance.
The segment culminated in the Seahawks’ preseason game, where Foster caught a touchdown pass in the first quarter. You can watch some of the clip here:
