The Adrian Symphony Orchestra will close the current musical season with Motown, including a tribute band and classic hits at Dawson Auditorium.
“The Motown Sound” is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. June 5 on the campus of Adrian College. The concert will feature The Motown Revue, a tribute band performing music made famous by artists like Stevie Wonder, The Supremes, Marvin Gaye and The Temptations.
The evening will begin with a patio party at 6:30 p.m. — weather permitting. The pre-concert event is free for ticketholders and will include popcorn, music and a cash bar.
Tickets are available in multiple tiers, with adult prices ranging from $27 to $41, seniors from $27 to $39, and students from $15 to $22. They can be purchased online at adriansymphony.org/cart.html.
