Port Huron, MI–Community First Health Centers is proud to announce the grand reopening of its Port Huron Dental Clinic, set for Monday, August 11, 2025. The clinic, which had been temporarily closed, is now fully staffed and ready to once again provide high-quality, affordable dental care to the residents of Port Huron and surrounding communities.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Community First offers high-quality, affordable dental care for all—accepting Medicaid, Medicare, most commercial plans, and offering a sliding fee scale based on income.

“We’re proud to introduce Dr. Lexi Hoffman, DDS, a University of Michigan graduate who joined the Community First Health Centers team in June 2024, and Michele Peyerk, RDH, a seasoned dental hygienist with nearly 30 years of experience. We are fully staffed and ready to serve,” said Michael J. Baranowski, CEO of Community First Health Centers.
