[Port Huon, October 7th, 2023] – This FUN-draising event will raise awarenenss and dollars for the YMCA’s Open Arms Annual Campaign. Your 4 member team will pool miles on stationary bikes to reach your maximum total miles, however, it is not entirely about the riding, it’s about the FUN roadblocks along the way!!
“This is a great, fun event, my family and friends love to particiapte in this, you can even dress up for the spirit contest! You can support the Y by raising funds as a team with pledges” said Dr. Randa Jundi Samman.
This year, the YMCA will be opening our doors to the community to invite you to Re-Discover the Y during this event, absoutley free!! Discover the many ways to be apart of the Y, and all it has to offer by participating in classes and learning about programs. Enjoy some food, fellowship, and possibly win some awesome prizes!!
The Y is proud to say that every dollar donated stays local and has a lasting impact on the community. Your support will help fund the Y’s financial assistance program and community based programs like Safety Around Water, LIVESTRONG at the Y, CATCH Kids Club and more!!
