Multiple properties in western Stark County sold for more than $1 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
Son Shine Farm LLC, which has a North Lawrence address, purchased an industrial property on Deerfield Avenue NW from Hillandale Farms Ohio East LLC for $2.65 million. The 95-acre property includes a food processing plant, poultry houses, barns and other agricultural outbuildings.
Company Kimble, which has a mailing address that matches Kimble Recycling & Disposal’s headquarters in Dover, purchased two residential properties for $1.42 million. One property is along Shetler Avenue SW in Bethlehem Township and the other is along N Church Avenue in Sugar Creek Township.
In Jackson Township, a residential property on Emerson Circle NW sold for $1.18 million.
The transfers cover July 25 to July 31.
