Fifteen players from Mid-Hudson high schools were named to the New York all-state teams for flag football.
Fourteen were chosen from Section 9 schools in Classes A, B and C (based on enrollment) and one from Arlington, a Section 1 school from Dutchess County.

Class A
First team offense – Ava Pryce, Middletown (Soph.); Second team offense – Jayden Ferguson, Middletown (Jr.); Second team defense – Caroline Nigro, Pine Bush (Sr.); Third team defense – Elaina Wood, Monroe-Woodbury (Sr.); Fourth team offense – Chase Harris, Arlington-1 (Jr.); Sixth team offense – Analie Alvarez, Middletown; Natalie Beers, Monroe-Woodbury (Jr.); Sixth team defense – Lizzy Purvis, Kingston (Eighth); Honorable mention – Kate Weston, Kingston (Sr.)
Class B
Honorable mention – Kylie Beyer, Washingtonville (Jr.); Lily Tietjen, Washingtonville (Soph.); Jasmine Lavan, Goshen (Fr.)
Class C
First team offense – Gwen Dempf, Rhinebeck (Jr.); Sophia Rodgers, Our Lady of Lourdes (Jr.); Third team offense – Lexi Torres, Rhinebeck (Fr.)
