CANTON — The Pro Football Hall of Fame’s biggest event, the annual Enshrinement, has arrived.
The Enshrinement celebrating the Class of 2026 is this afternoon at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.
The Class of 2026 features Drew Brees, Roger Craig, Larry Fitzgerald, Luke Kuechly and Adam Vinatieri.

Luke Kuechly brings Cincinnati St. Xavier High School football team to enshrinement
Luke Kuechly, who grew up in Cincinnati and starred at St. Xavier High School, has not forgotten his roots. The Carolina Panthers legend brought the St. Xavier varsity football team to the Enshrinement.
“It’s incredible to see a man as humble and a man as awesome as Luke make it to the levels that he did,” St. Xavier athletic director Michael Gordon said. “It’s incredible to watch him grow up from a kid that was not starting as a sophomore and was on JV as a tight end to watch him grow junior, senior year to be a Division I athlete to make it to Boston College to make it to the pros. It’s been incredible to watch his career. His journey, and it’s amazing to get to share his stories with these kids, too..”
Saints super fan ‘Da Pope’ – Lionel Alphonso – in Canton
Saints super fan Lionel Alphonso, known as the “Da Pope,” is on hand to cheer for Drew Brees. Alphonso said “everything was perfect” as he arrived at the stadium.

There’s no precise figure since Hall of Famers are in and out of town throughout the weekend. But the Hall said a record 120 Hall of Famers returned Friday night for the Gold Jacket Dinner so expect many of them to be in attendance Saturday.
Canton’s Pro Football Hall of Fame parade kicked off Saturday
The Grand Parade, which ran through downtown Canton, began the festivites today at 8 a.m. The parade featured the 2026 enshrinees, returning Hall of Famers, helium balloons, marching bands, floats and dance troupes along the 2.2-mile route.
Who won the NFL’s Hall of Fame Game?
The festivities in Canton got rolling Thursday, Aug. 6 with one of the more exciting Hall of Fame Games. In a game decided on the last snap, the Carolina Panthers defeated the Arizona Cardinals 33-30 when Panthers backup QB Haynes King scrambled for a 5-yard touchdown run for the walk-off win.
