The iconic diner closed in November 2025 after decades in business. Bernardo Pacheco, owner of Taqueria Los Dos Potrillos, said business has been incredibly busy since a soft opening Feb. 9, with residents lining up to try the new fare.

Pacheco has plans for a grand opening celebration, but hasn’t set a date yet. The restaurant’s menu is packed with a variety of lunch and dinner options, including burritos, fajitas, chimichangas, street tacos, tortas, desserts like flan and churros, and other items.

The restaurant is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. For more information, call 734-648-0233 or visit facebook.com/taqueria.los.dos.potrillos.2025.

If you have ideas for “Livingston In Photos” — everything from weddings to concerts to home renovations to a picnic in the park — send them to newsroom@livingstondaily.com for consideration.
