Winner of 'The Voice' to sing national anthem for Chiefs vs. Cowboys on Thanksgiving

Texan folk singer Maelyn Jarmon will perform the national anthem at AT&T Stadium on Thanksgiving before the Dallas Cowboys host the Kansas City Chiefs at 4:30 p.m. ET.

Jarmon, 32, rose to national prominence in 2019 when she won Season 16 of NBC’s The Voice under coach John Legend, becoming the first artist with a hearing impairment to win the competition. After her victory, she signed with Republic Records and later performed the national anthem at A Capitol Fourth on PBS.
