Town offices will be closed Nov. 27 and 28 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Here are closings and operation times for town facilities and services.
Nov. 27
Marina and recreation facilities:
Town Marina: Closed.
Par 3 Golf Course: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Phipps Ocean Park Tennis, Seaview Tennis and Mandel Recreation Center: Closed.
Public beaches: Lifeguards on duty 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Garbage and recycling:
No residential garbage or recycling. Residential recycling will resume Dec. 4.
Commercial seven-day garbage service will operate as usual.
No commercial recycling service.
Nov. 28
Marina and recreation facilities:
Town Marina: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Par 3 Golf Course: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Phipps Ocean Park Tennis: 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Seaview Tennis: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Mandel Recreation: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Public beaches: Lifeguards on duty 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Garbage and recycling:
Residential and commercial garbage as well as commercial recycling services will operate as usual.
Yard trash
Nov. 24: Monday and Tuesday routes
Nov. 25: Wednesday route
Nov. 26: Thursday and Friday routes
Nov. 27: No service
Nov. 28: No service
Construction and landscaping (Nov. 26-28)
Nov. 26: No construction allowed. Lawn maintenance is permitted from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Nov. 27: No construction or landscape work is allowed.
Nov. 28: No construction allowed. Lawn maintenance is permitted from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with quiet, non-powered work only from 1 to 5 p.m.
Yard debris may not be set out Nov. 28, as the town will not collect that day. Landscapers are required to take all debris with them.

The town’s Architectural Commission shifted its monthly meeting from Nov. 26 to Nov. 21 because of the Thanksgiving holiday.
