Is there a rocket launch today? Here's SpaceX's California schedule for start of November

SpaceX is ready for liftoff.

After a jam-packed month of October on the West Coast, the commercial spaceflight company has a number of spaceflight missions coming up in November from Southern California. That includes plans to launch at least two Starlink internet satellite deployment missions from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in Santa Barbara County.

Additionally, multiple websites that track upcoming rocket launches suggest that SpaceX is also working toward a November launch of a ride-share mission known as Transporter 15. The mission is not yet listed on SpaceX’s online schedule as of Monday, Nov. 3.

Californians – and Arizonans – making their plans to watch any of the launches should keep in mind that lots can change between now and when each rocket is expected to lift off, as delays in spaceflight are common. Be sure to visit VC Star for the latest mission updates.

In the meantime, here’s your weekly look at the upcoming launch schedule at the Vandenberg Space Force Base.

Thursday, Nov. 6: Starlink 11-14

Monday, Nov. 10: Transporter 15

Thursday, Nov. 13: Starlink 11-30
