Ken Harris, former port huron city council member, breaksdown the 2025-2026 Budget that was recently passed unanimously by the Port Huron City Council. It was approximately 78 pages and almost 300 pages for the “line items.” The hardworking taxpayers should be very upset by the fact that the Budget increased by $3 million but there was an additional $800,000 which was not included for overruns or change orders.
