PETERSBURG — Summerfield Schools announces the top Class of 2025 scholars at Summerfield High School.
Although high school graduation ceremonies are still months away, school districts across Monroe County are already preparing for them. Early in second semester, most districts determine the ranking of students according to grade point average.

For years, The Monroe News has showcased the top 10 scholars in each Monroe County school district. We list some of what these honor students have already accomplished as well as their plans for after graduation. The Monroe News’ tradition continues in 2025. Announcements from other Monroe County schools will follow in the coming weeks.
