Robert Loureiro, a long-time resident of Port Huron, explains why he decided to sponsor of the Recall Petitions for City Council members Teri Lamb and Sherry Archibald. He sees the great potential of the City and its beautiful resources. He says, most importantly, he hears the cries from neighbors, friends and business owners that they are hurting because of the poor decisions and lack leadership of the City Council.
