This nation as well as the city of New York is faced with an ideological dilemma that could have disastrous consequences. Wither to elect a known conservative or a known Marxist anti-Semite for Mayor. I am reminded of a joke that President Reagan told about the Soviet Union. President Reagan was visited by the Soviet Premier at the White House. President Reagan offered to show him a new phone that he kept on the resolute desk in the oval office. “What is so special about this phone?” the Premier asked. “I can call and talk to my father and as you well know he has been dead for a long time.
Would you care if I demonstrate it?”
“Shure” the Premier said. So, President Reagan picked up the receiver and dialed a certain number and waited a while for the phone to ring. When it was answered Reagan recognized the man on the other end of the line as his long dead father. He asked his father where he was. “I’m in hell son and it is hot and miserable down here.” They talked for about fifteen minutes and then hung up. Then the operator called and told the president how much the charges were for the call. “Eight hundred and twenty dollars” the operator said.
“Wow! The Premier said! Can you get me one of these phones?” “Shure, you can have this one if you want.” So, after all the meetings and other official functions were completed the Premier left Washington for Moscow. When he got back to the Kremlin, he called all the members of the politburo into his office and told them what a nifty gadget President Raegan just gave him on his last visit.
“What’s so special about that?” they asked?” “So what! I’m going to show you what’s so special about it, you see I can call my father who as you know has been dead for quite some time.”
After he hooked the phone up, he called the number that President Raegan gave him. The call was dialed and to his surprise it was answered rather quickly. When he heard the familiar voice on the other end of the line, he asked where he was. “I’m in hell son and it’s hot and miserable down here.” He also talked for about fifteen minutes just like President Raegan did. After the call was ended the operator came on the line. “That will be thirty-five cents please.” “What? Why is it so little when President Raegan called his dad it cost him eight hundred and twenty dollars for the same amount of time, and it cost me only thirty-five cents?
“Here, it is only a local call!” the operator said.
This pretty much sums up what the Marxist administration will do to this city and the rest of the nation if they are elected. We have already seen what a liberal Mayor has done in regards’ to the crime situation, and what the Illegal immigrants have cost the taxpayers not only here but throughout the country. The fact that the authority’s have defunded the police and reduced theft and other malicious crimes from a felony to a misdemeanor. How many murders and rapes have been committed in this city during the last years under this administration? Does anyone who has studied the History of the Soviet Union or other communist country’s think that it will get better under Mendomy’s (or however you spell it) administration? Is it possible that our educational system has done such a poor job as to create a generation that is so ignorant of history or current events that it would vote this one into office?
