Port Huron Elks Lodge 343 – 77th consecutive Blood Drive

The Port Huron Elks Lodge 343, 77^th blood drive was held on Monday, August 18^th as we continue to help us close the gap on blood shortages! We had (45) donors arrive to provide the ”Gift of Life” as we surpassed our goal of 40.

We had TWO first time donors, (5) donors were deferred, and (40) whole blood pints were collected during this drive. Working together, the Port Huron Elks Lodge 343, and the American Red Cross have collected over 2,639 units (pints) = 330 gallons of blood since our 1^st drive on January 7, 2013. We are well on our way to reaching our next goal of 3,000 pints (375 gallons).

Our 78^th drive is scheduled for Monday, September 15^th.
