Michigan football will play USC in Week 7 at LA Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles on Saturday, Oct. 11.
It’s one of the biggest games of the season for the Wolverines.

Through six weeks and five games, Michigan is 4-1 with a good win over Nebraska on the road and a loss to Oklahoma that nobody could question. There are still seven games left on the schedule, but there really aren’t that many huge tests remaining.
Get through USC unscathed, and Michigan will be on a fast track towards the College Football Playoff.
But that might be easier said that done.
Despite Michigan coming into this one off three straight wins and USC losing its last contest against Illinois, the Trojans are slight favorites in Los Angeles.

Michigan prediction vs USC
Tony Garcia, Detroit Free Press: If this game is in Ann Arbor, I would expect the Wolverines to come out on top as they did a year ago. Also, U-M won last season while passing for (32!) yards in the game, which could make one wonder how USC could beat them assuming it will be closer to 232 this year. Well, the Trojans attack is much improved and while the Wolverines will have a large contingent of LA fans at the game, it’s still a long ways from home. For the first time all year U-M doesn’t win the turnover battle (it’s even at 1-1) as a fourth quarter comeback drives comes up short with an interception inside USC territory. The season is still alive, but on life support. The pick: USC 31, Michigan 27.
