Police: 2 in custody after Lansing stabbing leaves man in critical condition

LANSING — Police were investigating a stabbing that left a man with critical injures on Sunday, Sept. 7.

The incident happened about 4:15 p.m. in the 6200 block of South Cedar Street.

Responding officers found a 34-year-old man with a stab wound to the abdomen, Lansing Police Public Information Director Jordan Gulkis said. Two people were in custody in connection with the incident, she said.

The stabbing victim was listed in critical but stable condition, she said.
