The time for Wednesday’s game has two options, depending on if it is necessary and what happens in the Toronto Blue Jays-New York Yankees series.
The Tigers and Mariners will be the last of four MLB playoff games on Saturday, and the second game on Sunday, with only the American League in action that day.

The Tigers and Mariners have never played in the MLB postseason before. The Tigers have a 16-15 record against the Mariners in the last five seasons, but were 2-4 against them this year, including getting swept at Comerica Park in the last series, just before the All-Star break in July.
