Rehab project could prompt knock on your door

A memo about the two-year watermain rehabilitation project that’s ongoing in Marine City that will require the replacement of lead and galvanized residential service lines was posted to the city website on Nov. 25. The city has hired contractor T.R. Pieprzak & Co. and has authorized them to approach residential homes to inquire about water service lines and /or water meter setups. The work must be done and is authorized under the project.
