The Turkey Trot has been a Thanksgiving tradition in Detroit for more than 40 years. Costumed (or not) runners and walkers strut their stuff in front of the large spectator crowd waiting for the parade. Choose from the 10k Turkey Trot, the 5k Stuffing Strut, or the family-friendly Mashed Potato Mile. Jogging strollers allowed – pets and bikes are not.
