Blue Water New Horizons Music is the group for you. There are no auditions. You can join any time. There are opportunities for all levels of musicians. The band especially needs clarinets and drums. The orchestra always welcomes violin and other string players.

Show up for orchestra Wednesday at 3:00

Our combined Two for One Concert was last weekend. If you want inspiration, both the band and orchestra have recordings from the concert on Youtube. Search for BWNHM band or BWNHM orchestra. Several pieces from the program are available to listen to.

Listen to the groups. Talk to the directors and meet some of the members. The cost is $75 for a trimester. We welcome anyone out of high school. Blue Water New Horizons Music groups meet at 2700 Pine Grove Ave Suite 42. The music room is upstairs on the north side of the building.

Blue New Horizons Music is a 501.c.3 organization

The Blue Water New Horizons Band was founded in 1998 by current director Patrick Dempsey & David Teeple. Recently, they celebrated their 20th anniversary of music here in Port Huron. They are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

The band started out with only 8 members back in the old days but has since grown in size. Still, they wish to increase their numbers and help put music either back in the lives of those who played in the past or introduce music to someone who never got a chance to pick up an instrument before.

If you have any questions for the band, you can contact them at
